Supporting Our Local Community & Registered Charities

At the Chelmsford Club, we are proud to announce that we are now actively supporting our local community, with a focus on helping registered charities. As part of this initiative, we are offering members the opportunity to host charity meetings or events free of charge in our facilities. This is our way of giving back and helping causes that are close to your heart thrive.

If you’re a member and have a charity that you’re passionate about, we’d love to offer our club as a free space for their next meeting or event. This offer includes the use of our function rooms, making it an ideal venue for charity gatherings, whether it’s for planning sessions, fundraising events, or a social meet-up. If food or drink is required, these can be arranged at an additional cost, tailored to suit the charity’s needs.

Please note, under club rules, the member sponsoring the event must hire the room and be present at the event. This ensures the event aligns with the spirit of the club and gives members the chance to engage with their chosen cause.
